POSITION SUMMARY

We are are seeking a Project Architect to join a dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a Registered Architect or someone who has a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with exceptional architectural design skills with a passion for design and a commitment to excellence

REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONALITY

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Exceptional architectural design skill, with 8+ years of experience after graduation 
• Extensive knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction technologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, 3D Rendering, and Excel
• Project management experience - managing budgets, schedules, vendors, clients and internal teams 
• Experience leading high-end Residential (1Mn+) and Commercial (1Mn-20Mn+) projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills

NICE TO HAVE 

• High- End Residential experience 
• Technical documentation, construction administration 
• Good graphic skills
