Architect I

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Architect I who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work delivered by the firm.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-bachelor degree Architecture firm experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
- Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development
- Experience with Revit is a must and experience with putting CD sets together
- Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
- Should have good graphic skills and ability to perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
- Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
- An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
- Experience working with High-end residential mainly single-family homes, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), Workplace.
- Experience with tools such as SketchUp, Rhino
At the time of posting this job, the hiring range for this position in Chicago is between $61,000 and $68,000 annually. Final salary decisions are made based upon the extent and relatedness of the candidate’s education and experience and considering internal equity and external market factors.
