Our CLIENT is an award-winning and internationally published Studio working on one-of-a-kind high-end residential projects offering a full-service including architecture design, interiors, furniture and art. They have been featured in leading publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, HGTV, Forbes and NY times.

POSITION SUMMARY

Currently, we are seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 6 years of post-bachelor’s degree professional experience who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work coming from the studio. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to develop and advance a project through various phases
• Manage several active projects varying in scale
  • These projects will range from design through construction administration
  • Balance client expectations on deliverables
  • Keep track of and review project hours and billing
  • Respond to consultants, clients, contractors and visit job sites accordingly
• Support the development of the design, working in collaboration with the clients, Principal and other members of the internal and external team
• Document project specifications and create reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
• Coach and mentor junior staff

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• 6-10 years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
• Experience working with High-end residential
• Strong hand and technical skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and 3D modeling (experience developing construction documents in AutoCAD preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate design vision
• Collaboration and teamwork are essential
