Business Development Coordinator
BD Coordinator has a very key and important role at Snipebridge, they will report directly to management and help assist with the pre-sales activities. This is a high-visibility role and would make the individual a subject matter expert in the industry.
The eventual goal is to be able to set up appointments for the sales/management team & potentially assist in closing the business.
Responsibilities and Duties include-
- Research & Analysis - researching the market, and identifying lists of companies to contact
- Prospecting - researching the companies and analyzing based on the data whether these companies fit into the persona of the “ideal client” for the company
- Business intelligence gathering:
- Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of business opportunities according to a defined methodology, taking responsibility for data integrity and continuously improving efficiency and comprehensiveness
- Conduct research on topics of interest that advance Snipebridge’s business and mission, including clients, thematic work, competitor and partner analyses, and geographic areas.
- Supporting Marketing activities - Provide data and analysis for marketing-related activities - for reports, social media posts, articles, and more
- Contact finding and sales outreach - Once ideal clients are identified, responsible for determining the leads at the company and reaching out to them
- Appointment setting - Based on the responses received from sales campaigns, set up appointments for the Sales/Management team
- Administrative tasks - Provide high-level administrative assistance in various tasks as and when needed by Sales and marketing teams
- Maintain the CRM - Keep all contact information and activities up to date in the CRM
