An award-winning architecture & design firm based in Los Angeles. It specializes in the design of small- and large-scale works in both the private and public space across a wide range of typologies, including cultural, single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, educational, civic, and infrastructure. The firm's capabilities include all phases of project development, from research and conceptual design to schematics, design development, construction documents, bidding, negotiations, and contract administration. Offering a strong culture of critique and communication, the firm is looking to ramp-up its operations to meet high influx of new projects.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an exceptional Project Architect to drive a variety of projects across luxury residential, multi-family, cultural, educational, and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage consultant teams through various project phases as well as build and nurture relationships with clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of post-graduate experience with multiple built projects
  • Experience working within multi-family, senior living and multi-use projects
  • Experience in producing work across all phases of the project from concept design through construction administration
  • Must have intermediate to expert skills in REVIT. Intermediate Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are preferred. Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus. 
  • Strong technical documentation skills with keen design sensibility
  • General knowledge of building code(s). Familiarity with local zoning regulations is a plus. 
  • Excellent people management and communications skills
